SOLU-IA – Information & Data Protection (BETA version)

What is SOLU-IA?

SOLU-IA is an experimental feature, currently in BETA , developed to improve the user experience on Solu.fr. It can provide personalized advice, help with product selection or answer technical questions.

Protection of personal data

We apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) :

• No sensitive data is collected or stored without your explicit consent.
• Exchanges with SOLU-IA may be recorded anonymously to improve the service.
• Please do not enter any personal information (name, address, email, etc.) in the dialog box.

Limits of Use

• Answers are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may contain errors or approximations.
• The advice provided does not replace professional advice or the information on product labels.
• If in doubt, please contact our team via the contact form.

Security and hosting

• Data exchanged with SOLU-IA is hosted in Europe in secure environments that comply with the GDPR.
• No data is used for advertising purposes or transmitted to unauthorized third parties.

BETA version – experimental use

SOLU-IA is continuously evolving. Its behavior, vocabulary, and features may be adjusted without notice to improve the accuracy and security of responses.
